Reboa Resort - Rome

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was only a few steps away from the train station. We were able to get to and from the airport easily, which was a huge plus. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and welcoming. They provided us with all the information we needed and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. It was also great to have a bakery nearby for fresh breakfast treats every morning.

Although the hotel was conveniently located, the noise from the passing trains was quite loud at times. Also, the hot water in the shower wasn't working properly. We had to wait a long time for it to warm up, which was a bit frustrating. we had a decent experience, but there were some issues that could have made it better.

The location of the hotel was okay, close to transportation. the room had enough space, but the Wi-Fi connection was poor and the fridge noisy, making it hard to sleep. the bathroom was small and lacked toiletries, but it was generally clean. the friendly staff was a plus point, always helpful.

Although the staff was nice, the breakfast voucher system was troublesome. You need to reclaim it from a patisserie, which was not really convenient.

The rooms were spacious and very clean, with great amenities like a fridge and comfortable bedding. Plus, the location was fantastic, with easy access to both the train station and the metro. Another great perk was the complimentary breakfast at a nearby patisserie, offering a tasty start to the day.

Its location was perfect and convenient for me because it was a short distance away from the train and metro station. The hotel's staff was very courteous and friendly. They even called me once when I was running late for check-in. The cleanliness of this hotel was really good, and I found it amazing that it offered excellent hotel facilities at a very budget-friendly rate. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast they served.
